Request For Proposal For General Contractor Services (As Needed)
The Housing Authority of the City of Rock Hill and its non-profit CHCOC invites proposals for General Contractor Services for its development properties and Administrative Office located at 467 S. Wilson Street, Rock Hill, South Carolina and Great Falls, South Carolina. Proposals will be received until 2:00pm EST, Friday, April 26, 2024. Prospective Bidders are strongly
encouraged to schedule a tour of the properties prior to bid submission.
The Housing Authority of the City of Rock Hill (the Authority) reserves the right to reject any and /or all proposals and to waive any informality in the proposal process.
No proposals shall be withdrawn for the period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of proposal without the consent of the Housing Authority of the City of Rock Hill (the Authority).
