The Maintenance work order line is (803) 324-3060 Ext. 1 and is answered 24-hours a day.
During normal business hours, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. the calls are received and dispatched to a Maintenance Staff person.
After normal business hours and weekends the calls are received by an answering service which then dispatches to the On-Call Maintenance person if the call is determined to be an emergency in accordance with RHHA's maintenance emergency list.

Loss of power
Broken water lines
Exposed electrical lines
No heat (During winter season)
Broken door locks or broken windows
Major plumbing backups and/or conditions that might cause harm to the tenant and/or damage to property (includes overflowing toilet and other exposure to raw sewage)
