The Maintenance work order line is 803.324.3060 Ext. 1 and is answered 24-hours a day.

During normal business hours, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. the calls are received and dispatched to a Maintenance Staff person.

After normal business hours and weekends, the calls are received by an answering service which then dispatches to the On-Call Maintenance person if the call is determined to be an emergency in accordance with RHHA's maintenance emergency list.


  • Fire, Call 911
  • Broken gas line or gas leak
  • Loss of power
  • Broken water lines
  • Exposed electrical lines
  • No heat (During winter season)
  • Broken door locks or broken windows
  • Major plumbing backups and/or conditions that might cause harm to the tenant and/or damage to property (includes overflowing toilet and other exposure to raw sewage)
