• Rent Due - 12 months of back rent (arrears) brought on by COVID-19 related financial instability 
• Future Rent - Up to (3) additional months of future rental assistance for those at risk of homelessness or housing instability (eviction)
• Utility / Energy costs - Utility assistance paid directly to the utility companies for past-due utility and energy costs
