Family Obligations Reminder
Residents, upon moving in you acknowledged and signed a form stating you would follow the rules of your family obligations of federally assisted housing. We would like to remind you that you agreed to properly report in writing, (to make and keep and appointment to sign required verifications) any and all changes in family composition, income, and deductions within 10 days of when the change occurs, and to always supply true, complete and accurate information needed by the Housing Authority to properly calculate your portion of rent and the correct amount of government subsidy received by your household; that you must repay any excess subsidy received by your household if you fail to properly report, and that failure to do so can bring about termination of your housing assistance and can bring about cases of fraud.
