Resident Opportunities & Self-Sufficiency (ROSS)

The ROSS Program was awarded to the Rock Hill Housing Authority in 2020. This program is open to residents of the Rock Hill and Great Falls Public Housing communities that are age 16 and older.

The purpose of this program is to connect participants with our community partners and resources that offer supportive services and empowerment activities. The ROSS program is intended to enable participants to:

  • Make progress toward economic independence and housing self-sufficiency
  • Reduce and/or eliminate the need for government assistance
  • Increase earned income

We will connect our families with the following services that will help move them toward self-sufficiency:

  • Financial Literacy
